We are funded for 2025!

We were able to reach our 2025 goal to sponsor 30 campers, but you can still partner with us. Here's how:

We've raised $1.485 already for 2026, which means we have $1,515 left before we are fully funded for 2026. We invite you to partner with us both in prayer and financially.

Also, we would love to invite you to be a part of the next FREE Mission Dinners:

Spring (Date TBD) - Mission's RECAP Dinner - Free!

Lizzy and I would love to share a recap of our experience serving. We will share photos, videos and stories so you can see the impact your giving has made for the youth in Hawaii.

Fall (Date TBD) Mission's THANK YOU Dinner - Free!
As we near the end of the year, Lizzy and I would like the opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has partnered with us in prayer and giving. Join us for a wonderful evening of the year in review, great food and wonderful fellowship.

Staying In the Loop - Future Updates

We will also be keeping our mission's support family in the loop moving forward with occasional email updates and possibly a Facebook group. We would love for you to stay connected!

Prayers are deeply needed
We are asking everyone to support us in prayer. You can pray for us in these areas:

  • Safe and smooth travel both to Hawaii and back home

  • For health and that neither of us get sick (Isaac got sick last year)

  • For no leaks in the tents - last year several 12-person tents had leaks requiring the purchase of tarps to cover them

  • For teens to experience the love of Jesus and for lives to be changed

Thank you!

Bringing Hope for Teens in Haleiwa

Lizzy and I have an opportunity to return to Haleiwa, Hi on March 15th to help host a youth camp for about 200 local Hawaiian teenagers.

Most local families live below the poverty line despite the island manifesting a “luxurious/prosperous” appearance. It’s common for many families to live in one household and work three jobs to make ends meet.

Teenage suicide is also extremely high, and most teens don’t have access to amazing youth ministries and camps because most churches simply don’t have enough financial support to invest in youth ministries.

Why Hawaii? Youth Camps are a Way to Encounter Jesus

The reason I share this is because when most people think of a mission’s trip to Hawaii, they often wonder why. And the answer is because these youth camps will be one of the only opportunities for these teenagers to ever encounter Jesus. And Lizzy and I get to be a part of providing this youth camp.

Hard Work, Big Impact

These youth camps take a lot of work. We have to set up about 20 cabin style tents for the teens, we build outdoor showers, we’re setting up the stage and chairs, keeping the bathrooms cleaned, cooking meals, washing dishes, and providing activities for the teens, all while leading them into worship and sharing the hope of Jesus.

Because of these efforts, these kids will go back to their homes and families experiencing the power of Jesus in their lives and share that with their families.

Here’s what we’re inviting you to be a part of

Support these efforts financially. The truth is, it costs $200 per teen to attend camp, but we only charge them $99 for 4 days of camp which is unheard of. Most church camps today cost $250 to $500 per teenager.

Our goal is to get 30 teenagers sponsored for $100 each. We can reach that goal by having 30 people sponsoring one teen. You can also sponsor more than one teenager as well.

THIS $100 FOR 30 TEENS ALSO HELPS COVER OUR TRAVEL EXPENSES!!!
30 Sponsored teens not only pays for their camp, it pays for our flights, tent lodging and meals prepared at the camp.

Give a Teen the Gift of Camp for Just $100

But we can’t make this happen without you.

Pray for us. Last year, I got really sick, so pray that God keeps us healthy. We also had several tents that had leaks during a rainstorm, so pray that operations run smoothly. And also, pray for the teens who’ll be coming to camp and that God would work in their hearts and that they would be transformed by His love.

Pray for Health, Strength, and Changed Lives at Camp

Schedule a video call with us. We know this is a new ministry adventure, and that you probably have questions about the camp, and we’d love to connect and have a casual video conversation to answer those questions.

Or if you don’t have any questions and you’d like to hear our stories from last year’s camp, we’d love to share some of the powerful moments we had. Just email me back on what days/times work best for you, and I’ll help us get a video call on our calendar.
